Outreach News
OUTREACH
As we quickly approach Thanksgiving, St. Mary's Outreach will be
doing a food drive to provide for the needy families in our
community. When you go shopping for your Thanksgiving dinners,
please think for those who are less fortunate. The Outreach Center
will be collecting:
Boxed Mashed Potatoes, Boxed Stuffing, Canned Vegetables (corn,
green beans, peas, etc.), Canned Yams, Canned Cranberries, Gravy,
and any Desserts.
Also, we will need all the help we can get in packaging the boxes
and distributing them to the families before Thanksgiving day.
We will be sorting the boxes on Monday, 11/14/16,
at 9:30am and Wednesday, 11/16/16, at 6pm.
We will be distributing the boxes on Tuesday, 11/15/16 at 9:30am
and Thursday 11/17/16 at 9:30am

ESPAÑOL
A medida que nos acercamos rápidamente al día de Acción de
Gracias, el Centro Comunitario de Santa María realizará una colecta
de alimentos para apoyar a las familias necesitadas de nuestra
comunidad. Cuando vayan de compras para sus cenas de Acción de
Gracias, por favor, piensen en aquellos que son menos afortunados. El
Centro Comunitario recibirá donaciones de:
Puré de papas en caja, caja de relleno para el pavo, vegetales
enlatados (maíz, ejotes, guisantes, etc.), batatas enlatadas, conserva
de arándanos, salsa, y postres.
Además, vamos a necesitar toda la ayuda que podamos conseguir
para empacar las cajas y distribuirlas a las familias antes del día de
Acción de Gracias.
Estaremos empacando las cajas el lunes, 11/14/16, a las 9:30 de la
mañana y el miércoles, 11/16/16, a las 6 pm.
Vamos a distribuir las cajas el martes 11/15/16 a las 9:30 de la
mañana y el jueves 17/11/16 a las 9:30 am
