Sunday before direct debit date
direct debit dates
The start of the fortnightly billing date occurs each second
Thursday (as indicated in ‘red’). These are what we call our direct
debit dates. Payments for your membership and any other fees will
be deducted around this date. So please be sure your account is in
order to avoid your account going into arrears.
changes to your membership
If you’d like to make any changes to your membership or
personal training such as freezing, upgrading or transferring your
membership, please let us know by completing a Change of
Circumstances Request Form in writing by close of business on
the Sunday before the direct debit date (as indicated in ‘blue’) that
the change will become effective.
cancelling your membership
If you wish to cancel your membership, please complete a Break
Up Form in person at your Home Club, by close of business on the
Sunday before the start of the next direct debit date (which is the
date that your cancellation will become effective).
