1. Tener que fo llowed by the infinitive means to have to or must and iindicates strong obliga­
tion. Deber (should, ought) is milder. Tener agrees with its subject. Que has no English
translation in this idiomatic expression.
2. Ir a followed by the infinitive tells what you are going to do in the immediate future. Ir agrees
with its subject. A has no translation here.
