Devoré este libro en dos días. Fue una compra por impulso basada en el gancho del título y en
una premisa que llamaba la atención desde su contratapa, y fue una muy grata sorpresa. La
prosa es tan ocurrente y desarmante que esquiva todos los filtros literarios que uno sin saberlo
ya tiene, y te levanta el espíritu aún en sus partes más tristes.
Es la historia de un niño con síndrome de Asperger que intenta entender lo que sucede a su
alrededor, con el incidente del perro del título como mero disparador (de hecho, es una frase
sacada de un cuento de Sherlock Holmes, pero allí terminan las comparaciones).
La voz de Christopher es tan original y a la vez tan obvia que es raro no haber tenido un narrador
así, inteligente pero aislado en su mundo, sin que en ningún momento uno sienta que es una
persona con una discapacidad si no que es una persona realmente especial y tierna.
Si está caro en castellano, compren el paperback en inglés! Definitivamente vale la pena.

Un libro que te lleva por el interior el pensamiento de un nino autista, de como le dan valor a las
cosas que los demas los consideramos obvias.
Escrito de manera simple te mantiene muy entretenido

Este libro es una novela policiaca, dice el autor, un joven autista obsesionado con la muerte
brutal del perro de su vecina. Lei el libro en ingles primero y me encanta en los dos idiomas y lo
recomiendo a los padres de autistas para entender los modelos de pensamientos, rutinas, y
otros rasgos de la condicion. Aparte de eso, es una novela policiaca y interesa al lector saber
mas de quien mato el perro y que va a pasar a su investigador principal por tener que sobresalir
los retos de evitar ciertos colores y modelos de carros en su adventura. Es un encanto, este
libro, con mucho que aprender y disfrutar.

Excelente. Me impresionó de la primera página. Hay suspensa, humor, y además es muy triste,
las vidas de los caracteres son reales al último detalle, es muy raro en estos tiempos leer alguna
libro y acabar totalmente satisfecho. Christopher es una voz encantadora, sincera, y la historia
de su familia expondría las complexidades de la vida. Leer este libro.
