- La obra inscrita tiene que ser museable y estar en condiciones apropiadas para ser instalada y expuesta de forma inmediata.
The submitted work has to be archivable, and in appropriate conditions to be readily exhibited.
- La devolución de las obras seleccionadas y no seleccionadas en el salón estará a cargo de la Administración del Centro Municipal de Arte y Cultura Luz Victoria Ribera de Mora y se hará previa la presentación del documento de constancia de recepción por cada obra, por el participante o por quien éste delegue mediante autorización escrita, del lunes 25 de julio al miércoles 31 de agosto de 2016. Pasada esta
fecha el Centro Municipal de Arte y Cultura Luz Victoria Ribera de Mora declarará las obras no retiradas
en abandono y dispondrá de las mismas.
All submitted work, selected and non-selected, will be returned by the Municipal Art and Culture Center
Luz Victoria Ribera de Mora upon presentation of each work´s receipt. The works can be retrieved by the
artists or their delegates. All unretrieved works will be considered abandoned and will become property of
the Municipality.
The Centro Municipal de Arte y Cultura administration will be in charge of the returning of the selected
and rejected pieces.
- Los artistas, por el hecho de participar, aceptan todas y cada una de las condiciones de estas bases y
de las normas adicionales que se pudieran dictar para el desarrollo del Salón Machala. Premio Musa. No
se admitirán reclamos sobre las obras no seleccionadas, contra el fallo del jurado; ni cuestionamientos a
estas bases.
When participating, all artists accept all terms and conditions, in addition to any other rules that may
emerge during the course of the Salon Machala Musa Prize. Complaints about the selected works and
the jury´s decision will not be allowed; neither will it be about the competition guidelines, terms and conditions.
- El autor cede los derechos de las imágenes de las obras inscritas para la promoción y difusión de las
obras en los eventos del salón.
The author yields all rights of submitted work´s images for publicity and broadcasting purposes.
- Los gastos de embalaje, transporte, envío y devolución de la obra hacia o desde el Centro Municipal de
Arte y Cultura Luz Victoria Ribera de Mora, corren por cuenta de cada participante.
Packing, transportation, shipping and return shipping expenses to and from the Municipal Art and Culture
Centre Luz Victoria Ribera de Mora are paid by each participant.
- Para la recepción de la obra se requerirá una impresión del formulario de inscripción firmado por el
autor, el mismo que se fijará en la parte posterior de la obra (de no ser así, la participación no será
válida). El salón emitirá un recibo de constancia por cada obra receptada, único documento válido para
el posterior retiro de la obra en el periodo asignado para tal efecto.
In order to receive the submitted work, a printed application form signed by the artist should be attached
to its back (if the work does not comply with this rule, it will be automatically disqualified.)The Salon
Machala will issue a receipt as unique proof of reception, which will be used as the only requirement to
retrieve the work once the exhibition is over.
