Applications of Interest will only be accepted February 16 through March 5, 2016
To participate in the Title I Pre-K/VPK program, a child must meet the following eligibility requirements:
1. Child must be four (4) years old on or before September 1, 2016.
2. Child must live in the attendance zone of the school.

Application Process:
To apply, the parent/guardian must complete and submit the Application of Interest to the above listed school in person, by mail, fax,
or by completing the application online at: http://www.marionschools.net/Page/50553
PLEASE SUBMIT ONLY ONE APPLICATION PER CHILD! ONLY ONE APPLICATION PER CHILD IS SUBMITTED IN THE
COMPUTERIZED SELECTION.
On March 10, 2016, the Title I Office will randomly select (computerized) by school the students who will be enrolled in the Title I PreK/VPK program. If your child is not selected, he/she will be placed on a waiting list for any future openings. Parents whose child(ren) is
placed on the waiting list will be contacted via Skylert (phone) or mail. Note: Any parents that apply after March 5, 2016, will be placed
at the bottom of the waiting list.
If your child is selected, the Title I Office will contact you via Skylert (phone) March 14 through March 18, 2016,
regarding school site registration and the deadline to complete required enrollment forms.
A parent or legal guardian must register the student at the school site.
It is important that your contact information is correct and complete. Please contact the Title I Office if there are any changes.
If your contact information is incorrect/incomplete and we cannot contact you, your child WILL BE placed at the bottom of the
waiting list.

PRESENTE SOLAMENTE UNA APLICACIÓN POR NIÑO/A! SÓLO UNA APLICACIÓN POR NIÑO/A ES PRESENTADA EN
EL SORTEO.
El 10 de marzo de 2016, la Oficina de Título I seleccionara aleatoriamente (computarizado) por la escuela
los estudiantes que serán inscrito en el programa/VPK Título I Pre -K. Si no se selecciona a su hijo/a, él/ella será colocado en una
lista de espera para cualquier otras aperturas en el futuro. Se contactará a los padres cuyo niños son colocado en la lista de espera a
través de teléfono o correo. Nota: Cualquier padre que aplican después de 05 de marzo 2016, será colocado en la parte inferior de la
lista de espera.
Si su niño/a es seleccionado, la Oficina de Título I se comunicará con usted a través del teléfono, del 14 al 18 de marzo de 2016,
relativa al sitio registro de la escuela y la fecha límite para completar los formularios de inscripción requeridos.
Un padre o tutor legal debe inscribir al estudiante en la escuela.
Es importante que su información de contacto es correcta y completa. Por favor, póngase en contacto con la Oficina de Título I si
hay algún cambio. Si su información de contacto es incorrecto /incompleta y no podemos comunicarnos con usted, su hijo/a será
colocado en la parte inferior de la lista de espera.
