Note 2 Thermal Efficiency based on gross calorific fuel to
meet regulation NOM-002-Ene 1995 and ASME Code. (PCI)
based on the Lower Heating Power Efficiency according to
European standards.
Note 3 Because three note counterflow contact between the
water and combustion products, the temperature in the
fireplace, is usually lower than the steam temperature.

Clayton Steam Generator requires only
about five minutes to reach full capacity
from its cold start. Its design is not subject
to thermal deformations such as fire tube
boilers, which also may require up to an
hour to reach its normal pressure.
This unique feature of Clayton, resulting
in significant savings in fuel, and it will not
be necessary to keep the equipment in
operacióndurante all day. The Clayton
generator can be stopped during the
times "dead" and turn it on again steam is

of fuel, normally wasted the fire tube
boilers at every boot.
