Ballot by Mail applications must provide a mailing address that is outside of county of residence and
the dates beginning and ending of receiving mail at this out of county address.
NEW LAW: 2015 Legislative Session HB 1927 now provides that a voter may deliver their carrier
envelope containing their marked ballot in person on election day from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00
p.m. to the early voting clerk at Dallas County Elections. The voter must provide Photo
ID upon delivery of the carrier envelope.
Voters with the onset of an illness on or after October 22, 2015, may obtain an Emergency Early Voting

Solicitudes para boletas por correo deben tener una dirección postal fuera de Condado de residencia y
proveer las fechas, comenzando y terminando para recibir correo en esta dirección que esta fuera del
condado.
NUEVA LEY: 2015 Sesión Legislativa HB 1927 dispone en la actualidad que un votante puede entregar sus
sobres que contengan su boleta marcada en persona el día de las elecciones desde las 7:00 a.m. a 7:00
p.m. a la secretaria de la votación adelantada del departamento de elecciones del condado de Dallas. El
elector debe presentar una identificación con foto en el momento de la entrega del sobre.
Los votantes con la aparición de una enfermedad en / o después de 22 de octubre del 2015, pueden
