CONDICIONES GENERALES DE VENTA
1.- Se requiere el 50% de anticipo en pedidos mayores a $ 1,000 USD, si la mercancía no
se encuentra disponible en nuestros almacenes en México (Guadalajara y/o DF). El tiempo
de entrega empezará a correr a partir de la recepción del anticipo. La empresa se reserva
el derecho de disponer de la mercancía, en caso de no liquidar el saldo antes de los 30
días,
fecha
factura.
2.- Las
Ordenes
de Compra deben ser enviadas por e-mail al correo que indique su
representante de ventas. Se recomienda confirmar con su representante la recepción, para
así evitar demoras.

4.- Precios más IVA, LAB Guadalajara
5.- Tiempo de Entrega Inmediato de acuerdo a nuestras existencias SPV. En caso
contrario favor de consultar con su representante
6.- La mercancía viaja Flete por Cobrar
7.- Para quejas por daños o faltantes, se cuenta con 3 días una vez recibida la mercancía
8.- Al recibir el empaque, es importante que se verifique el número de cajas que se están
recibiendo por parte del transportista. Un sobre con copia fiel de las facturas se envía en
una de las cajas (se indica en cual).
CAMBIOS Y DEVOLUCIONES
1.- Es requisito indispensable para devolución o cambio de mercancía, presentar la factura
de los productos adquiridos. Que el producto cuente con su empaque original, sin estar
rayado o maltratado.
El período máximo para cambio o devolución es de 30 días
2.- Para reclamaciones o devoluciones por mercancía en mal estado, es necesario enviar
una relación con el o los numeros de facturas e informar cual es el problema que presenta.
Para que su representante dé el VoBo a su devolución. El cargo del flete será por cuenta
del
cliente.
3.- Se
hará un cargo del 20%, en caso de devolución injustificada
4.- La empresa se reserva el derecho de reparar las piezas devueltas o reponer en su
totalidad el producto, según sea el caso
5.- Si la falla es por producto defectuoso se enviará flete pagado al cliente.
6.- En caso de piezas dañadas o rotas es indispensable enviarnos fotos digitales vía e-mail
adjunto a su reclamación. No se aceptarán reclamaciones sin contar con las respectivas
fotos del caso.
