CALL FOR PROPOSALS
As part of the regular work of the World Subud Association and in particular its World
Council we are looking for a location for our meeting in 2015. The Muhammad Subud
Foundation will hold their AGM at the same place and if possible parallel to the WSC
meeting.
All member countries of the Américas (Zones 7, 8 and 9) wishing to host this meeting
may propose to do so by taking into account the following requirements:
DATE FOR THE EVENT: Preferably between the second half of April and the first half of
June (before Ramadan).
PLACE: In this case there are two options:
Within the framework of a Zonal or National event at the facility where the event takes
place. As an isolated event where a specific group or country intends to host, the
requested site should be a Subud Centre or House.
ACCOMMODATION: Accommodation for 45 persons WSC and for about 10 persons MSF,
taking into account that for these meetings some members request single or shared
rooms with their accompanying non-members as couples or friends who pay separately.
SPACES:
At least TWO rooms in which women and men WSC members can receive the latihan for
up to 20 persons each.
Two rooms for the international helpers (one for men and one for women) and one to
meet separately.
A large room for meetings of the full Board, including tables, chairs, boards and flip
charts, projector and screen. And another room for the MSF meeting with similar
equipment.
An office for the work of the Executive and the Executive Secretariat with access to
printing and photocopying.
CONNECTIVITY: Access to high-speed Internet in both the workroom and in the office of
the Executive.
FOOD: It would be wonderful and helpful if the cost of food and spaces for meetings of
the Board could be covered by the host country or group. Consideration shall be given 3
meals whose menus include do not include pork and containing a vegetarian option, and
gluten-free diet.
DOCUMENTATION: The candidate countries or groups should submit a brief document that
describes the following:

The document should be signed by the members of the National Committee and in the
case of a group it must be signed by the Local Committee firm knowledge of the National
President.
Proposals – or the intention to propose - must be submitted no later than 22 OCTOBER

Queridos hermanas y hermanos de América, esperamos en Dios todopoderoso que estén
muy bien.
Como parte de los trabajos regulares de la Asociación Mundial Subud y en lo particular de
su Consejo Mundial, queremos hacer un llamado a todos los países miembros de la WSA
de las Américas (Zonas 7, 8 y 9) para que, si así lo desean, se postulen para ser la sede
de la reunión del Consejo Mundial la cual realizaremos durante el primer semestre del
2015. La ‚Muhammad Subuh Foundation’ realizará su AGM parallelo a nuestro encuentro
con 10 personas.
Si les interesa postularse como sede, les pedimos lo hagan tomando en cuenta los
siguientes requisitos :
1.
FECHA DE REALIZACIÓN: Preferentemente entre la segunda quincena de Abril y la
primera quincena de Junio (antes del Ramadán).
2. LUGAR DE REALIZACIÓN: Para este caso existen dos opciones:
- Dentro del marco de un evento Zonal o Nacional, en las instalaciones donde se
desarrolle dicho evento.
- Como un evento aislado en donde un grupo o país específico se propone como
anfitrión, el lugar requerido debe ser un centro o casa subud.

ALOJAMIENTO: Hospedaje para 45 personas, tomando en cuenta que para estas
reuniones algunos miembros piden habitaciones individuales o compartidas con
sus acompañantes no miembros del Consejo como parejas o amigos quienes pagan
por separado.

Al menos DOS salas en los que las mujeres y hombres miembros de WSC puedan
recibir el latihan con capacidad para 20 personas en cada uno.

Dos salas para los ayudantes internacionales (uno para hombres y otro para
mujeres) y uno para que se reúnan por separado.
7.
Una sala amplia para las reuniones de trabajo del Consejo en pleno, que incluyan
mesas, sillas, tableros y hojas de rotafolio, proyector y pantalla.

Una oficina para trabajo del Ejecutivo y la Secretaría del Ejecutivo con acceso a
impresora y fotocopiadora.
9.
CONECTIVIDAD: Acceso a Internet de alta velocidad tanto en la sala de trabajo
como en la oficina del Ejecutivo.
10. ALIMENTOS: El costo de los alimentos y de los espacios para las reuniones del
Consejo estaríamos muy agradecidos si se pudieran cubrir por el país o grupo
anfitrión. Deberán considerarse 3 alimentos, cuyos menús no incluyen carne de
cerdo y contengan alguna opción de alimentación vegetariana y libre de gluten.
DOCUMENTACIÓN: Los países o grupos candidatos deberán presentar un documento
breve en el que se describa lo siguiente:

origen de los miembros del Consejo).
El documento deberá venir firmado por los miembros del Comité Nacional y en el caso de
que sea un grupo deberá estar firmado por el Comité Local con la firma de conocimiento
del Presidente Nacional.
Las propuestas o la intención de proponer deberán ser enviadas a más tardar el 22 de
OCTUBRE del año en curso a Silvana Cardoc Evans quien es la Secretaria de la WSA (
[email protected] ) con copia a Ismanah Schulze-Vorberg, Presidenta del Ejecutivo de la
WSA ([email protected]) .
