MCS SpA is the leader of a group of companies in the textile
machinery industry, starting their activity at the beggining of the
‘60s.

TECNICAL DATA
• Depósito horizontal cilíndrico con cubeta interior adecuadamente perforada para un transporte perfecto de telas sintéticas o naturales
• Enjuague con agua derramada del depósito/cubeta mediante
baño o bomba de circulación
• Grupo de transporte de la tela que comprende: bobina de arrastre accionada de manera independiente, Hydrovario (sistema de boquilla con apertura ajustable), tubos de
transporte modelados para garantizar una marcha perfecta
de la tela y un depósito sin tensiones/abrasiones
• Succión controlada del baño para evitar las posibles turbulencias locales en la sección perforada de la cubeta
• Flotación de la tela dentro de la cubeta del depósito, independiente del baño de fuera de la propia cubeta, lo cual permite un movimiento natural de la tela no afectado por el
flujo del baño
• Distribución controlada del baño a la parte trasera del depósito para reducir el posible empuje del baño
• Dos depósitos laterales para productos, con sondas de nivel
neumáticas y mezclador
• Depósito superior para preparación del baño MST con sistema para el control / gestión del nivel
• Función de drenaje rápido (estándar).
• Fácil acceso a cada cámara a través de una puerta grande y
fácil de abrir
• Filtro con amplia superficie de filtrado (filtro autolimpiante

• Cylindrical horizontal vessel with inner trough suitably
perforated for a perfect transport of synthetic or natural
fabrics
• Overflow rinse of the vessel/trough by means of liquor circulation pump

dragging reel, Hydrovario (nozzle system with adjustable
aperture), shaped transport tubes to grant a perfect fabric
run and deposit without tension/abrasion
• Controlled liquor suction to avoid possible local turbulence in the perforated section of the trough
• Fabric floatation inside the deposit trough, independent
of liquor outside the trough itself, thus allowing a natural
movement of the fabric unaffected by liquor flow
• Controlled liquor delivery to the rear part of the vessel
to reduce possible liquor thrust
• Two side tanks for products, with pneumatic level probes

the control / management of level

Dos tanques laterales para productos, cada uno
con su propio mezclador, sonda neumática,
bobina de calentamiento, reciclaje de baño para
hacer que el producto se disuelva y mezcle más
fácilmente.
Gracias a estos equipamientos los tiempos de
parada y de espera son más reducidos, también
en el caso de sistemas de distribución automática.
MST (machine side tank): depósito de preparación baño con sistema de control y gestión del nivel mediante sonda neumática
para la reducción de los tiempos muertos en las fases de llenado
baño.
MQD (machine quick drain): descarga rápida mediante bomba de
circulación principal.
