Las oficinas permanecerán abiertas del 15 al 31 de julio de 8:00 a 12:00 hrs., la entrada será por la puerta de
Manzano.
A partir del día 3 de agosto el horario de oficinas será de 7:00 a 14:00 hrs. excepto el día 10 de agosto, debido a
que todo el personal estará en capacitación, reabriéndose el día 11 de agosto.

Tenemos el gusto de comunicarles que desde el año 2010, se formó el Comité de Exalumnos de los 8 Colegios que
forman parte de la Congregación de las Hermanas de la Caridad del Verbo Encarnado (CCVI), con la finalidad de
construir una Comunidad de Exalumnos homogénea en todos los Estados, creando lazos de unión entre ellos.
Este Comité se reúne trimestralmente para planear actividades en beneficio de los Exalumnos, los cuales les iremos

blancos, calceta blanca, zapato negro tipo mocasín (sin adornos y sin
tacón) y suéter azul marino. Varones: con suéter y pantalón azul marino,
playera tipo polo blanca, calcetín azul marino y zapato negro (sin adornos).
TODO DEBE DE VENIR DEBIDAMENTE MARCADO CON SU NOMBRE.
La salida será a las 14:30 hrs. por la puerta de Manzano. Para aquellos
papás que requieran que sus hijos regresen solos, recogerlos en la calle o
por vialidad, les pedimos de la manera más atenta nos envíen con sus hijos
el permiso firmado con fotografía para que a su vez lo entreguen a su titular
y puedan salir (por motivos de seguridad de no enviarlo, no podrán salir
solos ni aceptaremos llamadas telefónicas).
Se presentan con cuaderno y pluma los alumnos de 2º grado de 7:00 a
14:30 hrs. (uniforme azul marino).

Teacher’s Diploma Program: El curso provee las herramientas necesarias para aplicar estrategias adecuadas para la
enseñanza a niños, adolescentes y adultos de cualquier nivel.

Curso de Preparación TOEFL: Este es un curso con una duración de 72 horas, dirigido a todas aquellas personas que
deseen presentar el TOEFL en un futuro cercano.

CURSO ESL (English as a second language): Estos cursos están dirigidos a todas las personas que quieran aprender o
mejorar su manejo del inglés.
