Promise Academy believes that a Christcentered education of the highest

Mission Statement
The mission of Promise Academy is to provide accessible, Christ-centered education in North Tyler.
Admissions Policy and Procedure
Thank you for your interest in Promise Academy. Promise Academy seeks to enroll children who will benefit
from and contribute to our educational community. The goal of the admissions committee is to bring together a
cohesive student body which can best grow together spiritually, intellectually, and physically. Each applicant's
school readiness, scholastic motivation, and character will be taken into consideration. We will seek to know what
is best for the child and also for the school.
Promise Academy does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national, or ethnic origin in the administration
of its educational program, admission, financial aid, athletics or other school policies. All students are afforded the
rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to Promise Academy students.
In order to apply, please submit the following:

After all of the items listed above have been
submitted, you will be notified of an assessment
date and time for your child. After this has been
completed, a parent interview will be scheduled.
After the parent interview, notification letters
will be mailed.
Applicants must be at least 5 years old by September 1. If your child is not 5, your application will not be
considered. There are no exceptions.
Note: The Promise Academy Admissions Committee reserves the right to accept or decline applicants on a case
by case basis when extenuating circumstances are involved.
Tuition
The Tuition Schedule for 2015-2016 is included in this application packet. Tuition is based on your income and
the number of people in your household. You can determine your tuition for each child enrolling by looking at
the chart on the Tuition Schedule. Once you are accepted, please submit a non-refundable $50 deposit per child
to hold your seat along with a copy of your 2014 IRS Tax Transcript. This deposit will go toward August’s tuition
upon acceptance. The school will review your Tax Transcript and verify your tuition responsibility in writing.
Tuition is paid in ten monthly installments from August 1, 2015 through May 1, 2016.

Póliza de Procedimiento y Administración
Agradecemos su interés en La Academia de Promesa ó Promise Academy. Promise Academy procura matricular a
niños quienes se beneficien y contribuyan en la comunidad. La meta del comité de matricula es juntar un grupo de
estudiantes los cuales puedan crecer juntos en el aspecto espiritual intelectual y físico. Se tomará en consideración
que tan listo este el niño en el aspecto de madurez, educacional y emocional. Nos esmeraremos en saber que es lo
mejor para el niño y también para la escuela.
Promise Academy no discrimina concerniendo a raza, color, nacionalidad, o origen étnico en su administración de
su programa educacional, entrada, ayuda financiera, en atletismo o cual quier otra póliza escolar. A todos los
estudiantes les son dado los derechos, privilegios, programas y las actividades generalmente asignadas o que están

Después que todos los documentos de arriba
hayan sido sometidos, usted será notificado sobre
la fecha y hora de evaluación para su hijo(a).
Después que esto hay sido completado, una
entrevista de padres será marcada. Luego después
de la entrevista de los padres, las cartas de aviso
será enviadas por correo.
Los candidatos deben tener por lo menos 5 años de edad para el 15 de septiembre. Si su niño no tiene 5
años de edad no será considerado. No se harán excepciones.
Nota: El comité de matricula reserva el derecho de aceptar o declinar aplicaciones basados en caso por caso
cuando haya circunstancias mitigantes.
Costo del Estudio
El costo del programa de 2015-2016 está adjuntado en este paquete. El costo de la escuela es basado en su salario
y en el número de personas que hay en su hogar. Usted puede determinar el costo de cada niño matriculado al
mirar la tabula del costo del programa. Una vez es aceptado, por favor entregue su depósito de $50 el cual no es
reembolsado para poder reservar su puesto junto con una copia de su Transcripción del año 2014 (para recibir
esto visite http://www.irs.gov/Spanish/Ordenar-Transcripción). Este depósito será deducido del pago de la
matricula de Agosto una vez su niño haya sido aceptado. La escuela revisará la Transcripción y le dirá por escrito
cuanto tiene que pagar. El costo de la escuela es hecho en pagos mensuales del 1 de agosto de 2015 ero a el 1ero
de mayo de 2016.
