The meeting is a dynamic forum for the exchange of the latest scientific, clinical, and practical advances in vaccine research and development, tropical medicine, immunization programs, and global health. The abstracts provide the foundation for the scientific sessions and poster sessions, and serve as the cornerstone of the meeting’s scientific content. Submission guidelines Deadline: November 12, 2015. Midnight. Abstracts must be submitted using the online Abstract Submission Form (http://goo.gl/forms/4NeD4tjlNq) 1. Content Abstracts should contain data and/or concepts not previously presented or published. 2. Poster presentations of the abstracts The posters will be displayed at a special showroom for the scientific posters. The best two posters will be selected for oral presentations. Due to the large number of submissions, the selection process for oral presentations is especially competitive. Topics include: public health, global health, clinical, scientific research, and laboratory-based science related to vaccines. Poster size is 4 feet wide x 3 feet tall are displayed throughout the conference at the poster sessions. Poster presenters are requested to be available to informally elaborate and discuss the poster with interested viewers. The presenters are required to register for the conference. 3. Format Abstracts may be submitted and presented in Spanish or English. The title, authors, author affiliations, and body of the abstract should be entered in standard sentence case, not all upper case letters. The character limit for the abstract (not including title, authors, etc.) is 250 words.
