Sistemi di cottura realizzati in acciaio inox Aisi 304, piano di lavoro realizzato in monoblocco di spessore mm. 1,5 , privo di giunzioni; vasca di cottura ad alto rendimento
con angoli arrotondati; sollevamento automatico dei cestelli e regolazione tempi cottura 0"/30'; carico acqua automatico, sfioramento amidi; termostato di funzionamento
e di sicurezza. Piano di cottura ad induzione; vasca per nr. 4 bacinelle (non in dotazione) da GN1/6 H mm. 150 con temperatura +2+8ºC per sughi, cassettone refrigerato o freezer (in funzione del modello), vasca a bagnomaria per nr. 2 bacinelle (non
in dotazione) da GN1/1 H mm. 200 (per il mod. PSDC20-1 e PSFR20-1). Dotazioni:
nr. 2 cestelli cuocipasta GN1/6.
