Dear Parents of Prep Students,
We would like to invite you to join us for the Early Years Centre Informative Meeting (for
parents only), which will take place on Wednesday, 4th of March, at 0915 in the Junior Hall.
After the meeting you will be invited to the classroom to meet your child’s Form Teacher.
Parents are encouraged to share the information contained in the Prep Welcome Booklet
(Welcome Booklet) with their children; we hope this will familiarise families with the daily
routines and answer many of the questions you might have with regards to the beginning of the
academic year.
Starting School
Thursday, 5th March;
Children will be divided into two groups according to the list found at the end of this
communication.
Group 1: 0910 – 1040
Group 2: 1330 – 1500
Friday, 6th March:
All children should come to school from 0910 to 1200.
Monday 9th March:
All children should come to school from 0910 to 1600.
During the adaptation period, the children can be accompanied to their classrooms to greet their
teachers on arrival at School. Should any concerns arise, they should be transmitted to the
teachers using the ‘Communication Book’ which your child will bring home on his/her first day,
or by making an appointment through the Junior School website under the section About Us.

Estimados Padres de alumnos de Prep:
Los invitamos a la Reunión Informativa del EYC (únicamente para padres) que tendrá lugar el
miércoles 4 de marzo a las 0915 en el Junior Hall. Al finalizar la misma, están invitados al
salón de clase para reunirse con la maestra de su hijo/hija.
Alentamos a los padres a compartir con sus hijos la información contenida en el Prep Welcome
Booklet (Welcome Booklet). Esperamos que de esta manera se familiaricen con las rutinas
diarias y evacúen dudas con respecto al comienzo de clases.
Jueves 5 de marzo:
Los alumnos estarán divididos en dos grupos de acuerdo a la lista que se detalla más abajo.
Grupo 1: 0910 – 1040
Grupo 2: 1330 – 1500
Viernes 6 de marzo:
Todos los alumnos vendrán al colegio de 0910 a 1200.
Lunes 9 de marzo:
Todos los alumnos vendrán al colegio de 0910 a 1600.
Durante la adaptación, pueden acompañar a sus hijos al salón de clase a saludar a sus maestras.
Si tuvieran alguna inquietud, sírvanse comunicarla a la maestra a través del cuaderno de
comunicaciones o solicitando una entrevista a través de la página del colegio bajo la sección
Acerca del Colegio.
