CHECKOUT PROCEDURES
While leaving school prior to the end of the school day is discouraged, there
are some situations that may require it. Those may include: medical
conditions, observance of religious holiday and illness or death in immediate
family.
If a student needs to leave at any time during the day, the student will be
called to the front office for checkout only when the parent\guardian
arrives in the front office.
We appreciate parent’s patience when checking out students who may be in
gym, at break, or at lunch as students may have to change uniforms and/or
go to their lockers/class to get their books and personal items.
In order to protect instructional time, we are unable to dismiss
students after 3:30 p.m.

DEVUELTA A LA ESCUELA INFORMACION PARA PADRES!!
PROCEDIMIENTO PARA SALIDA
Aunque no aprobamos la salida temprana de la escuela, hay situaciones
que la amerita. Estas incluyen: condiciones medicas, motivos religiosos,
enfermedad o muerte de familiares directos. Si el estudiante tiene que
salir temprano de la escuela, el estudiante será llamado a la oficina
solamente si el padre o encargado está presente.
Padres, agradecemos su paciencia cuando necesitan recoger a sus
estudiantes durante el horario de la escuela, porque pueden encontrarse
en Educación Física, Recreo (jugando afuera) o en el almuerzo, y les
toma tiempo entrar, cambiarse de ropa, ir a su locker o recoger de su
clase su mochila o útiles escolares. Mil gracias!
Para respetar el tiempo educacional, no enviamos mensajes o
dejamos que los estudiantes salgan después de las 3:30 p.m.
