Queridos amigos del balonmano,
Es un placer dirigirme a vosotros para exponer los principales datos del Campeonato Europeo
Junior Femenino de 2015 que se celebrará en España, en mi ciudad natal, Valencia.
Como sabéis, dos de mis líneas de trabajo se centran en la promoción de la cantera y en la
inversión en el balonmano femenino. Este proyecto une ambos objetivos, ofreciendo la
oportunidad de hacer una declaración de nuestros principios y de los enfoques clave de
nuestros esfuerzos en el medio plazo: jóvenes y mujeres.
Este evento ha sido preparado con toda la ilusión por parte de mi equipo de trabajo más
cercano, con el compromiso de la Federación de Balonmano de la Comunidad Valenciana, y
tras largas y fructíferas conversaciones con las autoridades locales y regionales. Quisiera
aprovechar esta ocasión para agradecer públicamente al Ayuntamiento de Valencia
(Ajuntament de Valencia), al Gobierno regional (Generalitat Valenciana), así como al Gobierno
Provincial (Diputación de Valencia) su implicación e ilusión por este proyecto.
La celebración de este evento no hubiera sido posible sin el increíble grupo de patrocinadores
y colaboradores que tenemos. A todos ellos, queremos dedicarles cualquier éxito que
podamos obtener y todo elogio que podamos recibir por la organización de esta competición.
Todos sabemos que la vida es como un deporte de equipo, y sin ellos a nuestro lado nunca
hubiésemos soñado con lograr la organización de este o cualquier otro evento. Vosotros sois
una parte fundamental de nuestra fuerza de trabajo, y nos sentimos muy afortunados de
contar con unos compañeros con tanto talento, amantes del balonmano, que permanecen a
nuestro lado cada día. Gracias.
Espero que la competición satisfaga vuestras expectativas. Este grupo de trabajo se sentirá
orgulloso si los equipos y representantes se marchan de Valencia con la sensación de haber
disfrutado de un gran evento deportivo, de haber tenido la oportunidad de conocer una
ciudad fantástica, y también de hacer nuevos amigos y pasar tiempo con antiguos conocidos,
con alegría y un verdadero espíritu deportivo. ¡Que dé comienzo el Campeonato Europeo
Femenino Sub19!
Hacednos un favor y disfrutad de vuestra estancia, ya que ésta, a partir de ahora, es también
vuestra casa.

Dear Handball Friends,
It is my sincere pleasure to address you this little presentation that will hopefully provide the
main data related to the Women's 19 EHF EURO 2015 in Spain, in my hometown, Valencia.
As you know, two of the milestones of my line of work are the promotion of the grassroots and
the investment in women’s handball. This project joins the two of them and brings us the
occasion to make a statement on our principles and the key focus of our efforts in the midterm: youngsters and women.
This Event has been prepared with all the illusion of my closest working team, with the
commitment of the Valencia Region Handball Federation and after long and fruitful
conversations with the local and regional authorities. I want to take this occasion to publicly
thank the Valencia City Hall (Ajuntament de Valencia), the Regional Government (Generalitat
Valenciana) as well as the Provincial Government (Diputació de Valencia).
This Event would not have been possible without the amazing ensemble of sponsors and
collaborators we have. To all of them, we want to dedicate any success or praises that we
might obtain from this competition. We all know that life is like a team sport, and without
them by our side we could never have dreamed of achieving the organization of this or any
other Event. You are a fundamental part of our workforce, and we feel extremely lucky to
count on such a talented group of handball-loving partners by our side every day. Thank you.
I hope that the competition satisfies your expectations. We would be a proud working group if
all teams and representatives leave Valencia with the feeling of having enjoyed a great
sporting event, had the opportunity to know a fantastic city, and also made new friends and
spent time with former acquaintances, in a spirit of joy and true sportsmanship. Let the

Se recogerá el jueves 23 de julio en el pabellón universitario de
10:00 a 12:00 horas, si alguno no puede se les entregará a la hora
de iniciar l turno en su pabellón asignado.

Pabellón universitario de 13:30 a 22:30 (finalización de partidos)
Pabellón Cabañal de 14:00 a 22:30 (finalización de partidos)

Obligaciones:
*cumplir los compromisos adquiridos con la organización
respetando los fines y la normativa de la misma
*Guardar, cuando proceda, confidencialidad de la información
recibida y conocida en el desarrollo de su actividad voluntaria
*Seguir las instrucciones adecuadas a los fines que se impartan en
el desarrollo de las actividades encomendadas
*Utilizar debidamente la acreditación y distintivos de la organización
Compromiso del voluntario
· Ser respetuoso con cuando suenen los himnos nacionales de los
países. Ponte de pie, quítate la gorra y permanece en silencio.
· Estar identificado con tu acreditación, llevarla en un lugar
visible y cuidarla.
· Cuidar tu uniforme, mantenerlo limpio y arreglado.
· Llevar siempre tu DNI a mano todo el tiempo. Podría ser
requerido en cualquier momento.
· Ser flexible. A veces un evento puede ser impredecible y tu
flexibilidad a la hora de cambiar de función u horario será muy
valorada por la organización.
· Ser amable. Eres la cara del evento, debes ser amable con los
espectadores, demás voluntarios y miembros de la organización.
· Ser respetuoso con los equipos participantes. Debemos tener en
cuenta que las diferentes selecciones llevan meses preparando este
torneo y debemos ser respetuosos con su trabajo y concentración
durante el torneo.
· Ser responsable. La organización lleva meses trabajando de
forma voluntaria en la preparación de este gran evento, es por ello
que confiamos en su responsabilidad en las tareas que le sean
encomendadas.
· Ser discreto. Como parte de la organización, es probable que
manejes
x No fumar, beber alcohol, ni consumir drogas durante las horas
de voluntariado.
· Trabajar en equipo con tus compañeros, ayudándolos cuando
lo necesiten.
Funciones de los voluntarios durante el torneo
x Hospitality:
x Este voluntario será el encargado de estar en los hoteles de
concentración de los deportistas, informando a los deportistas,
de horarios, partidos, e informar
x Prensa: Se encargará de atender a los medios, y cubrir las
necesidades de estadística, planilla etc. que les sean
requeridas.
x · Médica: Acompañamiento de las jugadoras designadas para
el control antidoping, bajo la supervisión del médico del
torneo.
x · Requisitos técnicos: Colaborar y ayudar en el perfecto
estado del campo de juego y banquillos para el desarrollo de
los partidos.
x · Accesos: Controlar los accesos a las zonas restringidas y
controlar la ubicación de los espectadores en las gradas.
x Transportes:
x Conductores: Llevar y traer de los hoteles oficiales a los
managers, VIP’s,
x personal de la FIH, etc.
x Acompañantes: Acompañar a los autobuses lanzadera en su
recorrido
x recogiendo a las personas autorizadas y controlando su uso.
x Vestuarios y entrenamientos: Ayudar en el control de los
vestuarios, llevar
x hielo a los vestuarios, etc.
x Estadística: Llevar la estadística de los partidos realizados
durante el torneo,
x VIP : Atender y acomodar al público con acreditación a la
zona VIP
