voter registrar determines that the volunteer deputy registrar failed to adequately review a voter
registration application, intentionally destroyed or physically altered a registration application, or
engaged in any other activity that conflicts with the responsibilities of a volunteer deputy registrar
under Chapter 13 of the Texas Election Code, the appointment may also be terminated before the
expiration date of the appointment.

compensación en base al número de votantes inscritos. Si el registrador(a) de electores determina
que el subregistrador voluntario omitió la revisión adecuada de una solicitud de registro electoral,
intencionalmente destruyó, o físicamente alteró, una solicitud de registro electoral, o se ha
involucrado en cualquier otra actividad la cual constituya un conflicto con las responsabilidades
del subregistrador voluntario bajo el Capítulo 13 del Código Electoral de Texas, el nombramiento
puede ser cancelado antes de su fecha de expiración.
