INTRODUCTION
A Caixa Térmica Inteligente NOVUS é a solução ideal para controlar
de forma eficiente, efetiva e sistemática o transporte de fármacos,
hemoderivados, vacinas, alimentos e outros produtos sensíveis à
temperatura. Ela realiza o registro contínuo da temperatura ao longo
do transporte, fase crítica para manutenção das condições apropriadas
de temperatura.

medicamentos, vacunas, hemoderivados y otros productos sensibles

The Smart Thermo Box NOVUS is the perfect solution for efficient,
effective and systematically monitoring the transport of pharmaceuticals,
blood products, vaccines and other temperature sensitive products.
It performs continuous record of temperature during the transport,
the critical phase for the maintenance of appropriate temperature
conditions.
Acoplado em sua estrutura está o TagTemp-NFC, um data logger com
a tecnologia NFC que permite a extração dos dados aproximando
um smartphone da caixa. As leituras de temperatura podem ser
visualizadas no próprio smartphone, exportadas para o software
LogChart II, (Windows) planilhas Excel ou ainda para um portal na
internet.
Tiene integrado un registrador de datos TagTemp-NFC, que permite
la transferencia de datos con solo aproximar un teléfono inteligente a
la caja. Los datos de temperatura se pueden ver en el mismo teléfono
inteligente y se pueden exportar al LogChart II, hojas de cálculo de
Excel (Windows™) o Excel o a una página web.
It has built-in a TagTemp-NFC data logger, which allows data transfer
with, only approximate a smart phone with NFC capabilities to the thermal
box. A smartphone application allows viewing the temperature data and
to export them to LogChart II, Excel spreadsheets (Windows™) or to
a web page.

OPERACIÓN
The Smart Thermo Box performs the temperature recording over
the storage and transport process, allowing verification at any time in
the history of its internal temperature. This feature reduces the risk of
receiving materials with altered characteristics for their use, as prevent
rejection of materials that are still in good condition.
A Caixa Térmica Inteligente realiza o registro da temperatura ao longo
do processo de armazenagem e transporte, permitindo a verificação
a qualquer momento do histórico de sua temperatura interna. Esta
funcionalidade permite tanto a redução do risco de se receber materiais
inapropriados ao uso, quanto de se rejeitar materiais que ainda estão
em boas condições.
Esta funcionalidade não dispensa a adequada Qualificação Térmica
da caixa e Validação do processo de transporte, conforme as boas
práticas desta atividade. Avaliações em laboratório servem para analisar
o comportamento de cada tipo de carga em diferentes situações de
carregamento, temperatura externa e períodos de transporte.
LIMPEZA
Recomenda-se lavar a caixa térmica com sabão neutro e água. Para
esterilização, utilizar álcool 95 % ou Hipoclorito de Sódio 2 %, somente
no interior da caixa. Manter as caixas térmicas com a tampa aberta, até
que estejam completamente secas. Não armazenar a caixa úmida ou
com resíduos de água e armazenar em local seco e arejado.
A higienização da caixa e do meio onde serão armazenados devem
atender regulamentos e boas práticas da atividade.
La Caja Térmica Inteligente realiza el registro de la temperatura
durante el proceso de almacenamiento y transporte, lo que permite
la verificación en cualquier momento de la historia de la temperatura
interior. Esta característica permite reducir el riesgo de recibir
materiales con características alteradas para su uso, como también
evitar el rechazo de materiales que todavía están en buen estado.
Esta característica no exime la Calificación Térmica de la caja y la
Validación del proceso de transporte, de acuerdo con las buenas
prácticas de esta actividad. Las evaluaciones en laboratorio sirven
para analizar el comportamiento de cada tipo de carga en diferentes
situaciones de acuerdo con la temperatura externa y el tiempo de
transporte.
LIMPIEZA
Se recomienda lavar la caja térmica solo con agua y jabón neutro.
Para la esterilización del interior de la caja, utilizar etanol 95 % o 2 %
de hipoclorito de sodio. Mantener la caja térmica con la tapa abierta,
hasta que quede completamente seca. No guarde la caja húmeda o con
residuos y guárdela en un lugar fresco y seco.
La limpieza de la caja y el entorno en el que se almacena deben cumplir
con los reglamentos y las buenas prácticas de la actividad.
OPERATION
This feature does not exempt the appropriate Thermal Qualification
of the box and Validation of the transport process, in accordance with
the good practices of this activity. Laboratory evaluations are important
to analyze the behavior of each type of load in different situations
according to the outside temperature and time of transport.
CLEANING
Wash the thermo box only with neutral soap and water. For sterilizing
the inside of the box, use 95 % ethanol or 2 % sodium hypochlorite.
Keep the thermo box cover open until it is completely dry. Do not store
the box wet, keep it in a dry and airy place.
The cleaning of the box and the environment in which it is stored must
comply with regulations and good practices of the activity.
