How does it work?
¿Cómo funciona?
Mundo Acryled® is a thin acrylic material which
is lighted up through the edges with LEDs. With a
specific milling system we are able to produce
Mundo Acryled’s up to 1500 x 3000 mm, with a high
performance and homogenous light output.
The specific milling technology with radial curves
in the milling is the best way to transmit the light
output homogeneous.
Each Mundo Acryled® is produced custom made.
Depending on its size, thickness and illuminated
sides, margins and machining shape are different.
The easiest way to use Mundo Acryled® is to use
1 mm acrylic sheet and print your personal picture on it. Now you can mount this printed sheet
with a snap frame system or U-profile for easy
replacement of the backlight.

Mundo Acryled® está fabricado con un PMMA
(metacrilato) que se ilumina a través de los bordes mediante LEDs. Con un sistema de tramado
específico, somos capaces de fabricar Mundo
Acryled® de hasta 1500 x 3000 mm, proporcionando una luz brillante, uniforme y de larga duración.
Nuestra tecnología avanzada de tramado específico, nos permite poder transmitir la luz de
forma muy homogénea.
Dependiendo de las dimensiones, grosor y lados a iluminar, los márgenes y formas de mecanizados son diferentes, por este motivo cada
Mundo Acryled® es un producto único y hecho a
medida 100%.
La forma más sencilla de utilizar Mundo Acryled®
es colocando una hoja acrílica con la imagen
impresa encima de Mundo Acryled®, y todo ello
sujeto con un marco abatible o perfil U para la
rápida sustitución de la impresión digital.

High transparency milling methacrylate
(96%) that conducts light through frames,
which enters it by edges. Depending on the
size, thickness and enlightened side, the
milling shapes are different.
LED Stripe with aluminium profile. Depending
on the PMMA size of the client requests must
be illuminated one or two sides. (up to 800
mm one side lit / more than 800 mm 2 sides
illuminated).
Top quality reflector to achieve a perfect and
homogenous light.
Feed-in cable + connector (Easy connector,
Jack, Cable bipolar).

etacrilato mecanizado de alta transparencia (96%) que conduce la luz mediante tramas, la cual ingresan en éste por los cantos.
Dependiendo de las dimensiones, grosor y
lados iluminados, los márgenes y forma de
mecanizado son diferentes.
Perfil de aluminio con tira LED. Dependiendo
de las dimensiones del PMMA que el cliente
solicite para su proyecto, se deberán de iluminar uno o dos lados. (hasta 800 mm 1 lado
iluminado / + de 800 mm 2 lados iluminados).
Reflectante de óptima calidad que ayuda a
conseguir la mejor homogeneidad lumínica.
