Administrative information
The Royal Norwegian Air Force (RNoAF) Academy is situated in Trondheim, roughly 45 minutes flight
north of Oslo.
The Air Power Conference starts Tuesday 3 February 11:45 a.m., with the possibility to have lunch in
the RNoAF Academy’s officer’s mess from 11:00 a.m. The Conference ends Thursday 5 February at
14:00 p.m.
The Conference will be held in the RNoAF Academy’s auditorium “Little Norway”, but since this
auditorium only takes about 260 people, the seminar will also be televised live on big-screens in
adjacent auditoriums at the Academy.

Secretariat
The secretariat opens Tuesday 3 February at 09:00, and will be open from one hour before the
conference starts, until one hour after the last lecture for the rest of the conference.
All inquiries regarding transportation, accommodation, finances and other administrative matters
should be addressed to the secretariat.
Academic inquiries about the seminar should be addressed to Cpt. Eidem.
Transport
The following section lists all major transport arrangements.
There will be buses transporting conference attendees from Værnes, and from the hotels, to the
Academy on Tuesday, according to tis list.
The Academy will as far as possible carry out transportation to/from hotels. Other transportation
requirements should be addressed to the secretariat.
Transportation to other destinations beyond this should primarily be arranged by the individuals.
