Dear Sir / Madam,
Greetings from St. Xavier’s!
Teaching is to help the students learn and acquire the desired knowledge, skills and
desirable ways of living in the society. Teaching is an art and the teacher is an artist. As the artist
is governed by certain principles which help him/her acquire proficiency in his/her profession, a
teacher is also governed by certain principles which help him/her acquire proficiency in teaching.
The students of the teacher are living beings who are to be moulded according to some
principles. In this context, the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of our college is
organizing a NAAC sponsored National Seminar on “Innovations in Student-Centered
