ABOUT THE INSTITUTION
CONVENOR
The MIT Academy of Engineering (formerly Maharashtra Academy of
Engineering) was established in the year 1999.MITAOE is a state of art institute
designed to bring the best of its students. Extremely focused, it strives for the
excellence in the teaching skills of faculty members in the emerging
technologies. MITAOE is emerging as a centre of excellence with its potential in
research in the field of engineering. The institute is situated in picturesque,
natural, serene environment on the bank of holy river Indrayani at Alandi (D),
the city blessed by the Philosopher Saint Shri Dnyaneshwara. MITAOE is
affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University and is approved by AICTE New
Delhi. The institute offers University approved UG and PG programmes in
Engineering. The Institute is NAAC “A” Grade Accredited.

Department of Computer Engineering, NBA accredited is established in the
year 1999 to meet the demand for well-qualified computer professionals.
Global Excellence in research, teaching and technology development is the
vision of the Department. The faculty of department has received research
grants from AICTE New Delhi, BCUD University of Pune. The sustained effort is
to produce computing graduates with potential to design and develop
innovative approaches to programming and problem solving to meet the
needs of knowledge era. The Department is equipped with modern
Laboratories and Software’s costing more than Rs. 1 crore. In addition students
are enjoying various facilities like Internet and Wi-Fi. The Department always
emphasizes to organize seminars, workshops in emerging technological areas
to meet challenges of knowledge era.

ABOUT CONFERENCE
NC-FCA&MI is a national research conference aimed at presenting current
research being carried out. The idea of the conference is for the scientists,
scholars, engineers and students from the Universities all around the nation
and the industry to present ongoing research activities, and hence to foster
research relations between the academics and the industry. The conference
themes includes several topics but are not limited to pattern recognitions,
genetic algorithm, ant colony optimization, machine intelligence. Conference
will be beneficial to researchers, academicians, and students of Computer
Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, Electronic &
Telecommunication Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering.
