Newmarket Church Choir News
We take a break from practice for month of January.
The choir will continue to sing at Saturday evening mass,
Christmas and Easter for the foreseeable future. Unfortunately we
are unable to sing for requiem masses for the time being.
When practice resumes it will be on Wednesday nights at 7pm in
day chapel when there is no evening mass and upstairs if there is
evening mass. New members would be most welcome. Further
details can be had from the parish office at 368127 or any choir

team who were crowned County Champions and brought the
Kevin Marren Cup back to the village will be presented with their
medals in Carrygerry County House on January 31st. Tickets are

Inter-Firm: Congratulations to clubmen Brian Tierney and
Padraig O’Looney who were part of the EI Electronics team that
won the Inter-Firm All-Ireland title, lining out in goals and wing
back respectively. Well done lads

for Clare Crusaders in Woodstock Golf and Country Club on

The Back to Education Initiative will be running a QQI Level 4 Introduction to Healthcare programme from February to June 2015 in the
Shannon Adult Learning Centre. This is a preparatory programme for
those currently working as Healthcare Assistants and/or those wishing to
