Working in Support of Education (W!SE), serving more than 100,000 young people and
adults, is a nonprofit dedicated to personal finance education as well as readiness for college
and the global workplace. We are seeking a strong candidate who has superior

Job Summary
w!se’s maintains a suite of its own educational programs and also provides services for third
party organizations. These initiatives meet national and state standards, enrich core
curricula and are built on four pillars – relevancy, strong partnerships, real world
experiences, and effective evaluation and assessment.
Reports To
This position will report to the President.
Responsibilities
•
Manage one program
•
Recruit schools to register for W!se program(s)
•
Create materials and organize workshops
•
Conduct outreach to secure volunteers and partners
•
Interface with partners and volunteers from government, private and independent
sectors
•
Plan and/or support organizational and programmatic activities/events
Qualifications
•
College Degree in political science, social sciences, secondary education, business, or
other relevant field
•
A minimum of two-years of experience
•
Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects with deadlines
•
Independent, take-charge work style focused on outcomes
•
Superior writing, grammar, editing and oral communication skills
•
Experience in program management and/or working with schools, students, teachers,
and business professionals preferred
•
Highly energetic, organized, resourceful team player with a talent for details
•
Technology skills required
Compensation
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
