2015 Richmond Hill Winter Carnival Brochure ready

Special Events
Jungle Cat World
The team from Jungle Cat World is back again with
a wonderful array of animals to share – including a
new addition, Contessa, the tiger cub. She’ll be
joined by Elvis and Prince the “Singing Dogs” and a
number of other interesting creatures. So come
and join us at the Main Stage at 2:30 on Saturday
and 1:30 on Sunday to learn more about the habits
and habitat of these wonderful animals and what
we can do to help protect them.
Sponsored by TD Canada Trust.
Ontario Craft Beer Tasting
Last year’s inaugural event was a great success, so
once again we’ll be hosting a Craft Brewery tasting
event on Saturday evening starting at 6:00 p.m. in
the Main Tent. Three breweries will be selling
tasting size samples of their brews:
Beau’s
Lake of Bays
Stouffville Brewery
Enjoy the brews in the Tent with two of Richmond
Hill’s most popular entertainers, Ben Crosby and
Matthew Kane. So come and join us for some
unique Winter Carnival fun on Saturday night.
Scouts - Winter Camping & Survival
The Scouts will be joining us at Winter Carnival and
will be setting up a winter outdoor campsite on
Friday night through to Sunday afternoon. Stop by
and see what fun it can be to camp in the winter and
check out their culinary specialities – monkey bread
anyone?
