CRIMES:
On Jan. 27, 2015, Richland Twp. PD took a report of a stolen BMX style bike, which was taken from
a residence in the 200 block of Hyacinth Court two weeks ago. The bike is valued at $500.
On Jan. 29, 2015, RTPD was dispatched to Walmart for a retail theft. An unidentified male left the
store with a stolen Sony 46” TV valued at $548. He fled the area in a vehicle which had no tag.
ARRESTS:
On Jan. 9, 2015, Richland Twp. PD was dispatched to Kohl’s Dept. Store for a retail theft. After an
investigation, charges were filed against Susan Laub, 47, Corey Nathaniel Laub, 21, and Zachery T.
Duffy, 22, all of Milford Square Pike, Milford Township, for theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception
and receiving stolen property. They were all involved in picking out merchandise in the store and
returning the items to customer service for gift cards for items they did not purchase. Gift cards were
issued in the amounts of $370 and $67.
On Jan. 14, 2015, RTPD filed charges of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and theft
by deception against Ashley Elizabeth Laub, 18, of Milford Square Pike, Milford Township, after
investigating several incidents in December at Walmart involving suspicious merchandise returns by
Laub where she would pick out merchandise in the store and return the items to customer service for
gift cards. The gift cards issued were in the amounts of $110, $58, and $118.
On Jan. 23, 2015, Richland Township Police Dept. responded to Walmart for a retail theft. Michael
Tereze Evans, 25, of Warrington, PA was cited for leaving the store with a phone charger valued at
$15 concealed in his sweater.
On Jan. 24, 2015, RTPD arrested Laura Dougherty, 52, of Yankee Rd., Richland Township, for retail
theft at Walmart. She concealed $112 worth of clothing and home goods in a shopping bag she
brought into the store and left the store without paying for the items.
On Jan. 24, 2015, Richland Twp. Police arrested Justin Ralph Grosso, 37, Village Ct., Richland
Township, for disorderly conduct following a neighbor dispute in the 600 block of Village Court.
On Jan. 25, 2015, Richland Township PD filed retail theft charges against John Ledyard, 31, of Old

Mill Rd., Sellersville, for a theft at Walmart on Jan. 9 , when he attempted to leave the store with $302
worth of merchandise concealed under his coat.
On Jan. 26, 2015, RTPD filed charges against Giana Guerra, 26, Riegelsville, PA, for a retail theft
she committed at Walmart on Jan. 22nd, when she concealed $178 worth of merchandise in her purse
and left the store.
On Jan. 28, 2015, Richland Twp. PD cited Eric Anthony Dombrowski, 20, of Glenside, PA, for retail
theft at Walmart. He concealed three Xbox 360 games, valued at $61, inside his jacket and exited the
store.
