Small Faith Communities
If you are looking for ways to put your faith into action during this Lenten Season, consider
starting a faith sharing group called a Small Faith Community. A Small Faith Community is
a group of people that gather in a home to share the faith using material provided by their
Church. You do not need to be well versed in the faith. All you need is the desire to share
your faith in a friendly atmosphere among friends, coworkers or family. We recommend 6
-8 people in a community. There are usually 6 sessions or gatherings lasting approximately
one & a half hours. You can meet in one home or take turns. The host doesn't have to
provide anything elaborate, coffee & cookies will suffice. This is a great way to put Faith
into action.
Call Grace at the parish house for more information at 463-1305. If you already have a community & have
not picked up your material, there is still time, just call Grace or Maria at the Parish house. Your material is
waiting.
Pequeñas Comunidades Eclesiales
Si usted esta buscando una manera de poner su fe en accion durante la Cuaresma, considere empezar un
pequeña comunidad eclesial. Una Pequeña Comunidad Eclesial es un grupo de personas que se reunen en
un hogar para compartir la fe. Nosotros le proveermos el material necesario a su grupo. No es necesario
conocer la fe extensivamente. Lo unico que necesita es el deseo de compartif la fe con sus amistades,
compañeros de trabajo o con su familia. Recomendamos de 6 a 8 personas por comunidad. Por lo regular
hay 6 sesiones or reuniones. Cada sesion dura aproximadamente una hora y media. Se pueden reunir en
un hogar o en varios. No es necesario servir comida, basta con cafe y galletas. Esta es una manera muy
especial para compartir la fe.

for Tuition Assistance Each year our
Annunciation School Advisory
Committee and PTO work together
to raise money for our Tuition
Assistance program. The money
raised enables many families to provide a quality
Catholic education for their children and enables
our school community to enjoy the fruits of a
student body rich in socio-economic diversity. We
appreciate the support Annunciation parishioners
have shown in the past and ask you once again to
open your hearts to this very important gifting
opportunity. Any amount you can share will be
gratefully accepted and appreciated.

Our parish Mardi Gras was
an exciting evening of good
food, great live music, and
lots of fun. A very special
thanks to the volunteers who helped
with planning, shopping, cooking,
entertainment, setting up, and taking it
all down at the end of the night. We
were thrilled with the turnout and how
so many people worked together to
