over any other law of any other jurisdiction, and (ii) to elect as exclusive jurisdiction and venue, which
hold respectively absolute precedence over any other jurisdiction and venue whatsoever, His Majesty Don

counters of SCD at Calle Treinta y Tres Orientales Nº 1330, Planta Alta, Código Postal Nº 1257, Ciudad
Autonoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Or, personal appearance may be waived and collection effectuated by the requesting entity sending an
email request to [email protected]
An SCD CASHIER’S CHECK, or any assignment or division thereof, is immediately collectible in UNITED
STATES DOLLARS by the entity requesting collection being provided a UNITED STATES DOLLARS numbered
account held by the INTERNET COMMERCIAL COMMUNITY (“ICC”, a business social network regulated by
SCD) for the purposes of the collecting entity, and with the full collection value requested being deposited
in said account. If the account is an existing account, it must be stipulated by the requesting entity at the
time of request; if it is to be a new account, it will automatically be established.
Once a CASHIER’S CHECK has been collected as described above, the UNITED STATES FUNDS deposited
may be used, transferred and may be exchanged for any desired currency, by using the protocols of the
BROKERAGE BOOK.
