CURRENCY CODE DATE OF ISSUE DATE OF EXPIRY BENEFICIARY AMOUNT : : : : : : ICCSS-HOWSE PROMISSORY NOTE 10102015-2 USD OCTOBER 10, 2015 OCTOBER 11, 2020 HOWSE SERVICES, INC $200,000,000.00 UNITED STATES DOLLARS We herewith open our Promissory Note as follows: For value received in commodities with fixed equal values, we, the undersigned, Incredible Concepts of The Crown of Saint Stephen,(ICCSS, an incorporated agency of The Crown of Saint Stephen), hereby issue this our irrevocable, unconditional and, without payment of any fee or charge whatsoever, assignable, transferable or divisible Promissory Note that bears in it our promise to pay against it, at maturity, without protest or notification, to the order of Beneficiary or assignee(s) hereof, the sum of Two Hundred Million ($200,000,000.00) in the lawful currency of the United States of America,upon presentation and surrender of this Promissory Note, along with all other relevant documents whenever applicable, to the following email address: [email protected] or other pertinent email address or otherwise, as may be advised, from time to time, by ICCSS to Beneficiary or assignee(s) hereof. Payment hereof shall be made without set-off and free and clear of any deductions, charges, fees or withholding of any nature presently, or in the future, imposed, levied, collected, withheld or assessed by the Crown of Saint Stephen or any of its governments, political subdivisions or agencies so empowered. In derogation of applicable provisions of international treaties or domestic laws, all parties herein hereby irrevocably agree (i) that the laws of The Crown of Saint Stephen of the Imperial and Royal Most Serene Sovereign Princely House of Siniscalchi di Saraùsa apply exclusively, having absolute precedence over any other law of any other jurisdiction, and (ii) to elect as exclusive jurisdiction and venue, which hold respectively absolute precedence over any other jurisdiction and venue whatsoever, His Majesty Don Vincenzo Davide I's Court of Saint Stephen located at Calle Treinta y Tres Orientales Nº 1330, Planta Alta, Código Postal Nº 1257, Ciudad Autonoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina.
