(January, 2015) - Luttner Real Estate Investment Services is pleased to announce the sale of a Class “A” Office
complex located in Twinsburg, Ohio. This three building, 94,316 square foot office complex was 98% leased at
closing. Envision Rx Options, a multi-billion corporation, occupies 64% of the total property. Mark Luttner and Dan
Lariccia had the exclusive assignment to market the property on behalf the Seller, a Snavely Development Company
partnership. Luttner also procured the Buyer, a New York based investment group.
