Work on laying artificial turf on our playing field will be
starting tomorrow Tuesday 27th January and will take two

impressive 3rd against ten other schools.

Coming Up
Each class will be taking turns to visit the building site and
have a go at bricklaying under the supervision of our site
foreman, Graham and Gill director, Mr Gale. We are also
thinking about preparing a time capsule to bury on the
school site. The children will be voting on what items to
include inside the capsule.
School Photos
Tempest photographers are coming in to take individual
photos on February 5th. We are postponing photos with
toddlers and babies until later on in the year when we do
the group photos outside.
Y3/4 Reading Café 12th February
Parents and grandparents are very welcome to attend the
café starting at 2 p.m. and join in with ‘Robot’ reading
activities, meeting other parents and having refreshments.
Wintery
Weather
Precautions
Please enter and leave the car park carefully
when it is icy or snowy.
Children will also need hats, warm coats,
scarves and gloves to wrap up in. If heavy
snowfall has forced the school to close then we
will text you by 7 a.m. in the morning of the
closure. We will then text you at the same time
the next morning to let you know if the school is
still closed or open. If heavy snowfall occurs
whilst your child is at school then we will
assess the situation and may text you to
arrange early collection. You can also log onto
the Norfolk Schools Website or listen to
Radio KLFM for further details of school
closures.
