Above stated workers may proceed to Window 6, Second Floor, Name Hire Assistance Division,
Landbased Center from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. to claim your respective clearances.
Please bring original and 1 set of photocopies of your documents. After release of clearance, please
proceed to the Guard-on-Duty to get a schedule for Step 2 : NHAD approval, encoding, releasing,
payment of POEA processing fee (US$100.00 or PHP equivalent), OWWA membership (US$25.00 or Php
equivalent, Philhealth (PHP2,400.00) and Pag-IBIG (PHP100.00)and issuance of Overseas Employment
Certificate (OEC). For workers who processed at the POEA Regional Offices, your clearances shall be sent
through the POEA Regional and Overseas Coordinating Office.
