~We fondly remember Pam Ziadeh ~
Our hearts are heavy as we remember one of our longtime Ambassadors and dear friend Pam Ziadeh. Pam passed away Sunday,
January 18th, after a short but courageous battle with cancer.
Pam was a sales manager for the Northern New England division
for Stewart Title. She was a member of the Seacoast Board of Realtors, the Portsmouth Board of Realtors, the Greater Portsmouth
Chamber of Commerce, the Strafford County Board of Realtors,
and the N.H. Association of Realtors.
Pam was an incredible person and will be greatly missed by all of us
who had the honor and pleasure of knowing her.

Alice in Wonderland Tea Party

“GALentine’s Day”
Studio 90 on Fleet Celebrates
their One year Anniversary
The Children’s Museum of NH is throwing a family-friendly fanciful Alice In Wonderland themed tea
party on Valentine’s Day. Tea seatings are scheduled
for 10:30 and 1:00 pm. The cost is $15 per person for
museum members and $20 for non-members. This
price includes playtime in the museum before and

Success

to help make this year’s Caring and Sharing food
drive a great success. Caring and Sharing is the Seacoast’s largest canned food drive, with donated items
distributed to twenty-two non-profit organizations
throughout the Seacoast. The campaign this year
yielded $21,312 in gift card donations and 640
cases of food.
