Tuesday, June 9—
1:00 to 5:00 p.m.—Early Bird Home Tours. Members in the Phoenix area have invited attendees to view their collections.
6:00 to 9:00 p.m.No group transportation will be offered, travel on your own and visit at your leisure. Details
will be published in the March/April Journal.
3:00 p.m.—Registration and Hospitality Room opens.
5:00 p.m.—11th Annual Silent Auction opens. Contact Pat Wheeler.
Wednesday, June 10—
10:00 to 4:30 p.m.—Bus tour and lunch at local breweries. Plans include four Peaks, San Pan, and Sunup.
Cost - $40.00 per person
6:30 p.m.—President’s Buffet hosted by Larry and Shirley Bowden.
Room to room trading.
Thursday, June 11—
8:00 a.m.—Annual ABA Business Meeting. . . . All members are encouraged to attend.
10:00 to 4:00 p.m.—Bus trip to Sauuaro Lake, boat ride on the Desert Belle.
Cost - $40.00 per person and includes lunch.

6:00 p.m.—Southwest Hospitality night sponsored by ABA’s A-1 Chapter in our Hospitalty Room.

9:00 a.m.—ABA Museum Foundation Meeting.

under 12 years of age Free
Tuesday through Thursday—Eleventh Annual Silent Auction.
Open for accepting items and registering bidders Tuesday at Noon.
Hours: Tuesday: 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm—Thursday: Noon to 9:00 pm
Auction closes at 7:00 pm, All items must be paid for and picked up Thursday Night.
Please Note—Arizona Diamondbacks (Major League Baseball Team) are not in town while we
are there.
