Your invoices should be included with this letter. We need some info from you ASAP for production and so we can get your artists in all relevant materials, blasts, print, social media, etc.. Also note: By participating in Sunset Sessions Tulum 2015, you & your artist agree to the “Terms and Conditions” found on the Sunset Sessions ​

: ALL representatives who attend Sunset Sessions must register on our website. Early Bird Registration is available until February 20th and then full event Registration until April 20th. There will be NO walk up Reg or Day Passes this year. Each band must have at least 1 representative. We encourage you and your reps to take advantage of the opportunity to bond with our amazing attendees throughout the weekend. This is likely the MOST ​
important and invaluable ​
part of your Sunset Sessions experience. You will essentially vacation with tastemakers and gatekeepers that most people can’t even get on the telephone. PRODUCTION:​
Our production manager once again is _____________. He’s worked with Sunset Sessions for over a decade. He'll be in touch with you to advance your artist. The production memo with show times, set locations & soundchecks (which are NOT guaranteed) are usually sent out 2­3 weeks prior to the event. _______email address is and he will have more detailed information for you after he advances the production in Tulum personally in March. CONVENTION ROOMS​
: Sunset Sessions ​
does not ​
cover your artist's expenses (such as flights, ground, rooms, riders, salaries etc). Artists are encouraged to stay for the entire convention, jam each night wtih other artists, and bond with the attendees. They can develop lifelong connections with some of the most powerful and passionate industry executives. All attendees are required to stay one of our “official” Sunset Sessions properties, as we’ve pre­paid for so many rooms in order to accommodate our group. Our group’s room rates range from $250­ $750. Please see our “Hotel Room Request Form” for specifics. BROADCASTS, RECORDINGS & PROMOTIONS​
: Various radio, tv and/or internet stations may broadcast live or record from Sunset Sessions Tulum. Various portions of Sunset Sessions and the artist's performances may be recorded, videotaped, broadcast or re­broadcast on TV, radio, the internet and possibly other forms of media. Artists' names mayl be used in print, on­air promotions, contests, posters, and brochures before during and after at the event. A limited number of tickets may be sold to the public to help offset the cost of the event. By playing Sunset Sessions, your artist acknowledges and gives their approval for all of the above. PRINT MATERIALS, EBLASTS and OTHER PRESS/EXPOSURE​
: While we do our very best to capture and promote our artists and event in as many ways as possible NONE of these extra items are guaranteed as part of your “performance spot”. Any photo, video, audio, print, eblast, internet listing, brochure, social media mention, interview etc is an “extra” value we are sometimes able to get or provide to our artists. Please do not depend on or expect any of these items in any way, shape form or time frame, but we will always do our best. The teams of Sunset Sessions and Michele Clark Entertainment work very hard to give you and your artist the best possible opportunities for exposure to the most passionate tastemakers of our industry. We trust that our mission creates a memorable, enjoyable, career altering experience for you and your artist, as it has been for our alumni and attendees for the past 17 years!
