on to say that he permitted her to move back in this past Saturday and during the early morning hrs. of Tuesday 2/3/15. He woke
up to her reportedly standing over him holding a machete. John said that there were not threats or attempts to use it, only that
Regina saying that he could be killed at anytime. This incident was not reported and John did not wish to at this time. John also
said that since this time, he has overheard conversations Regina has had on the phone with unknown subjects where she has
requested they bring a U-Haul down on Monday after he goes to work. John was told that this agency does not issues protection
orders and directed him to contact the county prosecutors office for further assistance. He was further told that if any future issues
arise, contact this office immediately

Matt Miller. Matt reportedly owns a Lumber company and he was going to residents property in the area to inquire about
purchasing timber. The subjects were advised of the complaint and they stated that they are finished for the day.

Central Dispatch received a phone call from a male subject requesting a deputy at 2262 Fry's Valley Rd and then hung up.
Writer responded and met with Eric Morris who was on scene. Eric advised that his aunt Vicki Morris and her husband Eric own
the property at 2262 Fry's Valley Rd. Eric advised that there area 2 apartments at the location and one of them is occupied by
Daryl Martini and the other is occupied by a Maggie Addy. Eric stated that there had been an old dryer in the garage area at the 2
apartments that belongs to his aunt Vicki. Eric claimed that he was told by Vicki that he could obtain the non-working dryer and try
to repair same. Eric claimed that he had arrived at the residence on todays date to try and obtain the dryer. Eric stated that Daryl
had came out of his apartment and confronted him with a baseball bat and told him that he was not taking the dryer. Eric stated
that he had contacted law enforcement and after doing same Daryl had left the area. Writer spoke to Vicki and confirmed that she
owned the dryer and that Eric could have possession of same. Eric refused to cooperate and file a written statement on the matter
and advised that nothing further was needed.

Magnolia Police Department advising of a private property crash involving a school bus at the Sandy Valley High School.
Dispo: Arrived on scene at the bus garage after not observed a bus anywhere on the school property. At the bus garage, I made
contact with Thomas Shipman (OLN RQ341777), who was attempting to leave the building as I arrived. Upon speaking with Mr.
Shipman, he advised that he was operating a school bus and backed into another vehicle on school property.
After calling law enforcement, Mr. Shipman contacted his supervisor, Doug Needing. Mr. Needing advised Mr. Shipman that he
would take care of the crash in the morning. He also told Mr. Shipman that law enforcement would not come on private property to
handle the crash.
Mr. Shipman was informed that law enforcement would indeed respond to private property crashes and since the crash involved a
school bus a report should be made; however, that would be up to Mr. Needing at this point.
NOTE: There were children on the school bus at the time of the crash and there was damage to the other vehicle. The school bus
was moved from its original location, all the children and other witnesses had left the scene and the vehicle which was struck was

Chad Frantz called to report his truck stolen last night by his girl-friend (Meleah McAtee).
Chad advised that he was out with his buddies all night drinking and when he came home he went to drive his companies
(Advanced Oilfield) truck he noticed that the seat was up close to the steering wheel. Chad then drove the truck and noticed that
there was a very bad vibration in the front of the truck. Chad told R/O that he received a text message from Meleah stating that
she was glad that his truck was not stuck anymore. R/O noticed that the drivers side rims were full of mud and there was a little
small dent on the front bumper. Chad advised that he was going to take the truck to the shop to see what the problem was. R/O
spoke with the business owner (Todd Riordan) who advised that he did not want to pursue the matter that he would take care of
the issue with Chad and that he was not going to spend a lot of money in court for a bumper that may only cost $200.00. R/O did
speak with Meleah who advised that Chad has let her drive his trucks before and that she has lived with him since he bought this
residence a year ago. Meleah advised that she did drive the company truck this morning to a location on SR 800 and was only
gone for 10 minutes and she did not get the truck stuck. Meleah told me that she did send that text message to Chad because his
personal truck had been stuck the other day and Chad had been out all night drinking with his oil well buddies. Todd advised that

Dispo: Prior to units arrival Mr. William Lyons advised dispatch that he had shot a friend of his in self defense. Upon arrival units
were met by the caller Mr. William Lyons at the doorway to his residence. Mr. Lyons was ordered to turn away from units and
place his hands on the wall of his residence. He complied and was patted down for weapons. The victim was located inside the
residence and had indeed suffered an apparent gun shot wound. The victim was transported by ambulance and life flighted to
Aultman Hospital for treatment. The victim was later pronounced dead due to the injuries sustained during this incident. Mr.
Lyons was taken into custody and booked into the Tuscarawas County Justice Center pending formal felony charges. Further
investigation and report to follow.

R/O responded to Uhrichsville Police Department and spoke with Alvin. He advised that he had received a letter from the Ohio
Department of Taxation. They advised that someone had filed 2013 tax in Alvin's name. Alvin advised that he had not filed any
taxes for 2013. Alvin had already made contact with several different law enforcement agencies about the incident. Alvin advised

Tuscarawas County Central Dispatch received a call from a Sontona R. Patterson who advised that her cousin, Amanda
Patterson had stolen her Ohio drivers license. Sontona also stated that Amanda was arrested in Belmont County where she
provided her Ohio drivers license and claimed to be her.
Dispo: Deputy Stocker responded to the call and spoke to Sontona Patterson. Ms. Patterson explained that Belmont County
S.O. called her family to inform them that Sontona had been arrested. The family informed Belmont County S.O. that Sontona was
currently at her residence and that there was a mistake. The correction was made and Deputy Stocker made contact with Belmont
County in regards to the Ohio drivers license that was in Amanda Patterson's possession. A report will be sent to the County
Prosecutor's Office on the charge of "Identity Fraud" O.R.C. 2913.49 .

On 2-2-2015 dispatch received a call from Uhrichsville P.D. advising they have two subject on their station wanting to report an
assault.
7910 responded and spoke with Kyle Harmon and Chawna Fredrickson. Kyle advised Chawna is his ex-girl friend and they
have a child in common. Kyle said he was driving down Waterworks Hill Road with his friend, Jack Tinney Jr. and he saw Chawna
and her sister, Catrina Beatty drive up behind him blowing the horn. Kyle pulled over at the water treatment plant. Kyle said
Chawna came running up to the car yelling and hitting the window. Chawna opened the door and started punching Kyle. Chawna
said she saw Kyle smoking spice in the car with their child and she wanted to get the child back. Chawna said Kyle hit her. I
obtained written statements from everybody involved and pictures of Kyle's injuries. Chawna was arrested for domestic violence
and 7923 transported her to the Justice Center awaiting arraignment.

Mr. Sprowl reported a dark colored truck, with a male and female occupant, were sitting in his driveway. Sprowl went out to speak
with them and they wanted to enter his residence and use the phone. Sprowl denied them entry and told them to be on their way.
A relative of Sprowl found the vehicle still in the area, several hours after initial contact, and called our office to report the
suspicious vehicle. Lt. Alford was advised and responded to the area. After patrolling the area, the vehicle was located travelling
on Laurel Valley Rd. The occupants were found to be 28 yoa Tara N. Shea and 48 yoa Thomas Gough, both of 23099 Twp. Rd.
409 out of Warsaw Oh. The couple reported that they were in the area to pick up another female, prior to heading to West
Virginia. The female, who they report lives on High Hill Rd. decided no to go with them out of state. R/O did not feel their story
made sense and requested permission to search the vehicle. A loaded 9mm handgun and three additional high capacity
magazines were located and a small amount of Marijuana. Tara Shea reported that the gun and drugs were her's and she would
take responsibility. Shea was issued a summons for Improper Handling of a Firearm in a motor vehicle and for possession of
marijuana. Both were then released from the scene and advised to appear at Southern District court on 02/10/2015 at 1300hrs.

David Maurer reporting his nephew, Adam Bott is on the property he has sole use of.
This office has been to this location several times dealing with this dispute. David states that the property is currently in a trust, in
which he and sisters are involved. The family is in a dispute over ownership and use of this property. It has been documented
that the nephew, Adam Bott has permission to hunt on this land. David was requesting a unit either go in the woods, or wait til
Adam comes out of the wood and request to see his ODNR permission slip. I explained to David that just like in previous
complaints, although he is the executor of the esates, siblings have an invested right to enter the property, or give permission for
someone to enter the property and hunt. I attempted to explain to David that he and his attorney and his sisters attorney get
together and attempt to mediate this issue. David said he was going to contact his attorney. Davis also wanted it documented
that he vehicle belonging to his nephew was parked on a neighboring property with permission.

would have to have her evicted. It was suggested to him to pay back the $450.00 and to help her move out to another location in a
civil manner to remedy the situation.
Amanda Marteny claims she and her young daughter have no where to go; no one she can move in with at this time. She
claims she can not move back in with her mother. R/o suggested she keep searching diligently in order to get out of this situation.
Amanda claims she has been trying to avoid Devon and does not want to argue. She also claims Devon has been drinking and
that is one of their issues. Devon is old enough to consume alcohol legally.

Central Dispatch received a call from Cody Devore 4671 Center St. Mineral City advising that his fiancé Tonya Tullos has left the
residence on foot and she is intoxicated. Cody stated that he is concerned for her safety due to her intoxicated state.
Dispo: I responded to the area along with Sgt. Jones and located both the complainant Cody Devore and his fiancé Tonya Tullos
(OLN. RY373774) walking in the middle of Center St near their residence. We spoke with both parties and they advised that there
were no physical altercations, that they had just had an argument. Both parties agreed to go home and go to bed and discuss their
situation at a later time.
Both Sgt. Jones and myself had left the area, I had not been gone for more than approximately ten minutes when Central Dispatch
advised they were receiving 911 hang up calls from the Center St. residence again. I returned to the residence and spoke with
both parties learning that Tonya Tullos had assaulted Cody DeVore. Cody advised that he wished to pursue charges against
Tonya and provided a written statement of the events. Tonya Tullos was arrested for domestic violence and assault and taken to
