leaders in the Indoor Cycling world.
Unless otherwise
specified, the cost
for a class is $3 for
members, $8 for
non members.
Spinning Guidelines—arrive at least 10 minutes before class start time to
set up your bike. Please bring a full water bottle and a towel.
After class, please raise your seat posts and handle bars to the upper most position
and spray and wipe them down for the next rider.
