About the seminar
The digital revolution in information and
communication technologies has created new
platform for free flow of information,
knowledge and ideas across the globe. It
affected the way of world’s functions
profoundly. Internet has become an important
resource and tool of social and academic
development as
well
as
educational
development. ICT gadgets and internet has
become a prime face tool of education.
Academic libraries as of hub of academic
activities have been very much affected by this
revolution of electronics and communication. It
has given opportunities to the new kind of
services and raised some challenges also, such
as content management, In-house practices, IPR
issues and other technical issues. In the light of
above issues, it is the need of hour to reorganize
academic libraries in order to serve academic
community for national and social development.

The university has its own Guest House in which
Accommodation may be provided to the limited
number of outstation delegates, on their
demand well in advance. The expenses incurred
are to be bear by the participant. However
Accommodation in the Hotel may be arranged
on request and all the expenses of the stay and
food will be borne by the delegates themselves.
Fooding:
University will provided working lunch, tea in 2
breaks between the sessions only.


Important Dates:
Abstracts and full Papers must be typed in
English Times New Roman, Font size 12, Line
spacing 1.5 and in Hindi Krutidev 010, Font size
16, Line spacing 1.5 in justified form. The
abstract must be in about 500 words while the
full paper may be of about 6 to 10 A4 size pages
with all the four margins of 2.54 cms.
References should be in APA style.

Subtheme – 2 Copyright and IPR Issues
