CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. All prices are F.O.B.Nursery and subject to change without notice.
2. Minimum Order $100.00.
3. Terms are cash with order unless credit facilities have been established. Credit accounts are
payable net 30 days. Interest of 1 1/2% per month on unpaid balance will be charged on
invoices over 30 days.
4. Boxing charge: $4.00 per box under 40” - over 42” $6.00 per box, over 50”
$8.00 per box, over 72” $9.00 per box, 14” x 14” x 84” $12.50 per box
Sleeving charge: 6” - $.10, 8” - $.35, 10” up to 48” tall - $.50, 10” over
48” tall - $.60, 12” & 14” - $.80.
5. C laims for damage during shipment must be placed with the delivering carrier within 24
hours of receipt.
6. In the event the buyer should default in payment of any merchandise and said merchandise
is located in any other state than the state of Florida, it is the option of the seller that
proceedings and payment be made in the city of Miami, Dade County, Florida.
7. W
e warrant to the extent of the purchase price only that all nursery stock is sold true and
as described within recognized trade tolerances. Florida Ornamental Plants, Inc. gives no
other warranty, express or implied and will in no way be liable for more than the invoice
value at the time of purchase.
