ALL SAFE services the Research Triangle area in NC, Lake Country in NC and VA, and
Southside VA up to Petersburg.
2. Position Description
Key Tasks and Responsibilities







Initiate, manage and sustain solid business relationships
Communicate estimates, negotiate and close sales, and follow up with customers
Contribute to and meet or exceed company sales goals
Meet or exceed individual sales goals
Schedule and attend face-to-face meetings with prospects and customers
Document all sales activities
Attend networking meetings, local events, and conferences
Candidates must pass pre-employment drug test and background check, and periodic drug tests
for company certification requirements. Candidates must demonstrate ability to communicate in
written and verbal manner.
This is an hourly, full-time position. Candidates are Temp-to-perm with a 90-day probation
period. Hourly rate is dependent on experience. Commissions paid to permanent employees
after base sales quota is met.
Work hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm. May include occasional evening and Saturday
hours due to business meetings.

3. Requirements
Minimum requirements:












Solid track record of closing sales
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Must be highly motivated to expand the business
Must have excellent follow up skills
Must be able to prioritize own work, with some assistance from the manager
Must be able to manage own daily calendar and adapt to changing priorities
Must be able to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously without impact to
quality
Must be able to describe products and services clearly to customers both verbally and in
writing
Must express thoughts using accurate spelling and good grammar
Must be able to work independently as well as in teams
Must maintain a professional image at all times
Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record
Additional requirements (preferred):


Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point)
Experience with Social Media
