1. The Law Society of Tasmania reserves the right to cancel or modify the programme
and to change dates, times, venues, speakers and panel members without further
notice.
2. Registration must be accompanied by payment. Subject to the Competition and
Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), registrants will be liable for payment in the event of nonattendance unless cancellations or request for transfer is made in accordance
with condition 3.
3. Registration may be cancelled, less a $100 cancellation fee, up to 7 days prior
to the activity. A substitute attendee may attend in your place. All cancellations
and substitutions must be notified in writing. Exceptional circumstances will be
considered after this time.
