Eating House Catering
Thank you for your interest in Eating House catering. Please find our catering menus on the following pages.
They have been designed to make hosting your next event as simple as possible. For more information or to
discuss your specific catering requirements, please call us on 9755 7464. We look forward to discussing your
event and how we can make it an unforgettable experience for you and your guests.
HOW TO ORDER
Drop your order in, phone your order through, or email it to us. If you email us, please call us to let us know, as
the office is not always attended. Please allow a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all orders.
LAST MINUTE ORDERS
For last minute orders our team is available to assist you and as a result we will make every effort to provide
catering for last minute orders. However, certain menu items do require 48 hours’ notice or more. All last
minute orders must be made by phoning us on 9755 7464.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Please advise us of any dietary requirements, such as vegetarian, vegan and gluten free. Please note whilst
all care is taken in the preparation of special meals to meet your requirements, all food is prepared in a
common commercial kitchen, and we are unable to guarantee that menu items will be 100% free of all traces
of nuts, dairy, gluten or other products that may cause an allergic reaction.
PLATTERS
All catering orders can be delivered in disposable packaging or on platters. Platters are free of charge and
do not have to be returned.
DELIVERY
Free delivery in Rowville & Lysterfield for orders over $200. For orders less than $200, a $50 delivery fee will
apply. Deliveries outside of these areas are subject to a delivery charge based on travel time & distance. All
deliveries are subject to availability
DEPOSITS
A deposit of 50% is payable 14 days in advance for all catering orders. Final payment is due on delivery or
pick up of order. Orders of $200 or less must be paid in full at the time of the order.
PAYMENT
For your convenience we accept cash on delivery, EFTPOS, VISA, MasterCard, or direct debit. Company
accounts may be approved with prior notice.
CANCELLATION NOTICE REQUIRED
Minimum of 7 days’ notice is required for all cancellations, or a cancellation fee may apply.
PRICES
All prices include gst and are subject to change without notice. All prices are based on minimum quantities.
We reserve the right to vary published prices where minimum quantities have not been met.
CHANGES TO MENU
Eating House reserves the right to change the menu if circumstances dictate.
