ANNOUNCEMENTS
THE CRIBBERY IS OPEN during the service. All little ones under
seven are welcome. Child care is available during the Annual Meeting.
ANNUAL MEETING of the parish is TODAY, following the service.
We will enjoy a pot-luck brunch and hear about the activities of the
parish. Parishioners of all ages are welcome to join the conversations.
Elections for Vestry members and delegates to Diocesan Convention will
be held as well. Please plan to attend.
FIRST TUESDAY HEALING AND HOLY EUCHARIST is this
Tuesday, Feb. 3rd at 6 pm followed by Tavern Theology. Topic this
week: Is free speech Christian?
STRAWBERRY FESTIVAL KICK OFF is Feb. 15th during adult
formation. All are welcome. Tom Walsh and Tammy Joseph are cochairs. Beneficiary is Our House.
SHROVE TUESDAY PANCAKE SUPPER will be on Feb. 17th
beginning at 6:00 pm in the Great Hall. Want to help? Cooks are
requested at 5 pm.
ASH WEDNESDAY SERVICES will be on Feb. 18th at Noon and
7 pm. All are welcome!
GIFTS OF BEDDING FOR OUR HOUSE Thanks to your generosity
we have furnished 11 twin beds! Please keep all who are working on Our
House, a home for unaccompanied youth in Westfield, in your prayers as
the building on Broad Street is being rehabbed.
ENVELOPES are available for those who have made a financial pledge
to the mission and ministry of ECOTA in 2015. If you haven’t yet made
your pledge, we encourage you to do so. If you want to pay by
automatic deposit, speak to Treasurer Jim Barnes.
