3. List previous Supervised Pastoral Education with dates and name(s) of
supervisor(s). Applicants who have had previous Supervised Pastoral
Education shall provide a copy of their own and their supervisor’s
evaluations.
4. A Spiritual Autobiography of your Christian life: How it all started, your
spiritual parenting, the spiritual environment you grew, etc. (3 pages
double-spaced)
5. A Physical Autobiographical sketch outlining the significant events of your
“life journey”, including your psychological, social, educational (4 pages,
double-spaced).
6. Ministry Autobiography to include: How you knew you had a Call, your
ministry gifts, confirmations, aspect of missions to be involved in, etc.
7. Describe your present state of health. What significant illnesses have you
had? You will need to demonstrate to RECSOM that you have a recent
clear TB test by presenting a TB test certificate.
8. Statement of your personal and professional goals and expectations in
applying for the programme.
9. Two-page double spaced write-up on: “Why I Choose RECSOM”
10. Names and addresses of three people you have asked to give us an
assessment of your ability to use the programme for your professional
and personal development: (1. Faith, 2. Academic and 3. Other) Please
ask them to use the reference forms attached.
Note well: Screening Interview
A screening interview is part of the application process. After your
completed application pack has been received, an interview with the
Admissions Committee will be arranged.
