REVELATION 14: 9-11
Sunday, February 8, 2015
The Pastor welcomes you…
Congratulations to Stephen Schwender on
his baptism and declaration last week; we
will continue to pray for him. Thank you
for your words of encouragement in regard to the current “Coming of the Days”
series of messages. Today, we look at
Revelation 14:9-11 and the puzzle as to
why would people accept the “mark” of
the beast and follow the anti-christ. It really is not that
complicated.
This morning Alice Green, who is graduating from the
Women in Truth program and moving into her own
home, will give a short testimony. Tonight, the Women
In Truth Ministry will share not only the story of Alice,
but their ministry. Please come and both support and
learn about their mission.
Next Friday, we invite young adults to a night of fun
and fine food. Please sign up so we know how many to
expect. Then don’t forget the “Pickerings” and “Mark V
Quartet” with us on the 21st. We also look for workers
to help with 2nd Saturday and ask that you let Phil
Toothman know of your availability.
May the Lord bless you and encourage you these days.

CHILDREN’S MINISTRY
Today in Children’s Worship, Mrs. Moffett
and Joey are learning about the Kingdom of
Heaven. Our lesson comes from Matthew 22
where Jesus tells the Parable of the Wedding
Feast. We’re learning that Jesus taught in
parables so His followers would understand how to live in
anticipation of His second coming.
If you haven’t RSVP’d for the next “Ditch Your Parents
Night,” don’t miss this Wednesday’s (February
11th) deadth
line. The event is Friday, February 13 from 6:30—8:30 PM.
Join us for crafts, games, food and fun!
Today’s Big Picture Question: Who is invited to the
kingdom of heaven? Everyone is invited to the kingdom of
heaven, but few will choose to come.

Come and have a night on us!
There will be a meeting
February 20th, at 10 AM
for Worker’s

and opening times that will begin
on March 1st.
For more information call
307-4833.
The Youth Yard Sale is coming
quickly, so let me encourage you, if
you have items to donate, bring
them to the church as soon as you
can. If you need a pick up, call
Steve Myers, Jack LeBeau, Brian
MacDonald, or the office and we
will arrange it for you. The yard sale
is February 14th beginning at 7:00 AM.
Thanks to everyone who has been providing meals for the
children on Wednesday nights, and to Linda Smith for coordinating.
It is a real blessing to these kids, and we are blessed to be able to
work with them and share the love of Christ through HIS Kids Choir
and TeamKID.
If you signed up for the Chris Tomlin Concert (or would like to),
the cost is $24.00 and the money is due TODAY! The concert will
be in Gainesville at the “O” Dome on Tuesday, February 24. See me
for more info.
Our next Celebration Choir bonus rehearsal is Saturday,
February 21 from 9-11 AM. We will rehearse Easter music, so get
some rest, and join everyone else for “A Night in Belleview” with
the Pickerings and Mark V Quartet at 6:30 PM.
Blessings,
Pastor Richard
The Youth fund raiser will be
here Saturday at the church. We
will be hosting a Yard Sale. We
will have baked goods, pizza, art
and other things you would expect
to see at a Yard Sale. I would like
to thank all who donated to this
worthy cause. Bring your sweetheart on this Valentine’s
Day and show your support for our Youth. Remember,
just come on, BUY!
Although we have discontinued Wednesday Night
Supper, there is a group of people who take time out of
their busy schedule to cook for the kids before church.
This is an important ministry that helps kids want to
come to church and gives those in the Youth Dept. an
opportunity to teach them about Jesus. I would like to
say thank you to those who serve here. The more who
participate, the less work each has to do. If this sounds
like something that is for you, let Linda Smith know.
This is a worthy ministry.
