permitted to retire from BSNL service on attaining the age of Superannuation on 31.01.2015

dated 29.01.2015.

obtained from Vigilance Branch BSNL Corporate Office, vide their letter No. 22-10/2015/RetVC1/Misc2 dated 28.01.2015 and No. 22-10/2015/Ret-VC1/SEA dated 28.01.2015. However, it
may be ensured that no vigilance/disciplinary case is pending / contemplated against the
executives mentioned at Para-1 of prepage, after their vigilance clearance was intimated to
Vigilance Branch, Corporate Office, by the Circle Vigilance. If any vigilance/disciplinary case is
pending / contemplated on the date of retirement such case should be brought to the notice of
BSNL CO/CVO, BSNL immediately apart from taking necessary action.
