Facility Use Donations: Ministries
To help defray the cost of maintenance, utilities, repairs and damages to our facilities, it has become necessary to collect facility use
donations.
Use of any Meeting Room, once a month: $50.00
Use of Hall and Kitchen, once a month: $150.00
Use of Hall only: $100.00
All donations must be paid by the first of each month, to be able to
use the facilities for the month.

Vacation Bible School
Vacation Bible School is a summer program for children. It’s
one week long. It’s a lot of fun, and the children have a great
time learning about their faith in a fun environment. We will
have our first Vacation Bible School meeting on Monday January
30th at 4:30 pm in the parish office conference room. We are
looking for parents who would like to volunteer and help make
this year’s VBS event successful. Please bring your energy and
ideas to this meeting. The Vacation Bible School event will be in
July 2017. If you’re not sure what this event is all about or
want to know more, then please call Dale Walker at the parish
office to learn more.
The Guadalupano Committee invites you to a dinner/Dance that
will take place on February 11, 2017 to celebrate Valentines day!
We will have Orchestra “Valle de Santiago.”
We will have a delicious dinner from 4 - 6pm, dance from 6 10pm and lots of Raffles.

The 2017 dates for our retreat weekend at Christ the King
Retreat Center has been confirmed. It is February 17 - February 19th for men. Please mark your calendars now and prepare
to experience a wonderful weekend of peace and quiet to enrich your spiritual life. You will enjoy 2 1/2 days of rest,
prayer, tasty meals, and insightful conferences to help you
draw closer to God, your family and to yourself.
The retreat theme for this year is “Gathered in the Name of
Jesus”. Due to the fact that thr retreat center has had to create waiting lists for some of the past retreats, it is suggested
that you reserve your space now, or as soon as possible. It only
takes a $40 deposit to secure your reservation.

Escuela Bíblica de Vacaciones
Vacation Bible School es un programa de verano para niños.
Dura una semana . Es muy divertido, y los niños pasan un buen
rato aprendiendo acerca de su fe en un ambiente divertido.
Tendremos nuestra primera reunión de la Escuela Bíblica de
Vacaciones el Lunes 30 de Enero a las 4:30 pm en la sala de
conferencias de la oficina parroquial. Estamos buscando padres
que quieran ser voluntarios y ayudar a que el evento VBS de
este año sea exitoso. Por favor traiga su energía e ideas a esta
reunión. El evento de la Escuela Bíblica de Vacaciones será en
Julio de 2017. Si no está seguro de qué es este evento o si

El Comité Guadalupano invita a la gran Cena Baile que se llevará

Catholic School’s Week, January 29th from 11:30am to 1pm. We
would love to share with you what our students have been
working on. This is a great opportunity to meet our teachers
and staff. We will be taking sign ups for kindergarten & take
assessments as well as school tours. If you are unable to make
