Elementary Summer School Dismissal
Dear Parent and Guardians,
During Elementary Summer School, dismissal begins at 1:05pm. After all of the
buses are loaded each bus will leave Maple Hill Elementary School at 1:15 for
their designated bus stops.
When the bus pulls up to a bus stop the driver is instructed to make sure each
student has an adult to pick them up. The following is the protocol a bus driver
will follow when there is no adult at a bus stop for a student.
 The driver will call the bus headquarters to inform them that they have an
unattended child.
 The bus company then calls the school to inform us that a child is being
brought back to the school.
 The bus driver will bring the child back to Maple Hill.
 The Summer School Staff then works together to contact the child’s
parent, guardian or emergency contact to pick up the student at Maple
Hill.
Thus, please make every effort to be at your bus stop waiting
by 1:20PM.

Despido de Escuela Elementaría de Verano
Estimados padres y guardianes,
Durante la Escuela de Verano Elementaría, el despido comienza a las 1:05pm.
Después de que todos los autobuses se llenan de estudiantes cada autobús
saldrá de la escuela de Presidential Park a las 1:15pm por sus paradas de
autobús designadas.
Cuando el autobús llega a la parada de autobús se le instruye al conductor para
asegurarse de que cada estudiante tenga un adulto a recogerlos. El siguiente es
el protocolo que conductor del autobús seguirá cuando no hay adultos en la
parada para el estudiante:
 El conductor llamará a las oficinas centrales de autobuses para
informarles de que tienen un niño desatendido.
 La compañía de autobuses a continuación, llama la escuela para
informarnos de que un niño está será traído de vuelta a la escuela.
 El conductor del autobús traerá al niño de vuelta a la escuela de
Presidential Park.
 El Personal de la Escuela de Verano trabajara en conjunto para ponerse
en contacto con el padre/guardián o el contacto de emergencia del niño
para recoger el estudiante en la escuela de Presidential Park.
